Leitrim County Council Emails

Just following up on my recent post re broadband stupidity in leitrim posted on the 23rd April OVER 2 WEEKS AGO!

I emailed Leitrim County Council at 3 different addresses listed on their website www.leitrimcoco.ie around about the time of that post and guess what – no reply!

I just wanted to ask them for more info on their reckless decision to halt the progress of broadband supply for the county, oh and to give out of course! I think its awful that the body in charge of running the county and making it a better place for us all to live and work can first of all block my broadband and secondly ignore my communication attempts. I can’t say it surprises me though. Heres how I feel about people not replying to emails – replying-to-email and heres an excerpt from the council’s ‘About Us’ page:

“We view our website as another means of communicating with the people who presently and will in the future avail of our services or simply require information in relation to this authority…”!!
