Storyboarding has been an iterative process. The presentation we’ve included is one aspect of one Storyboard conversation. How a particular user, Jane, a working mum, would use the LunchBox app as part of her everyday life with her daughter, Amy.
Jane is our persona. Her working and family life is our scenario. And we storyboarded how she might use the app to navigate a part of her life, those precious relatively unhurried twenty minutes over breakfast shared with her daughter.
We’ve focused on one aspect of the app and the people using it. Jane reusing a recipe she favourited because her daughter liked it. She’d added it to her LunchBox shopping list too and that meant the recipe was at her fingertips and the ingredients were in her fridge and larder.
She wraps up lunch in minutes and gets back to the breakfast table to catch up with her 7 year old, making the most of their time together.
